We’d like to create small short break packages including accommodation and activities to be distributed to appropriate recipients over the next few months.
This is a medium term support idea which will provide the people of North Canterbury a chance to escape their environment which we expect will continue to be challenging over the coming months.
We know from the Christchurch experience that short breaks and a show of support further down the track is well received and very beneficial to those that are affected.
If you are interested in supporting this please send Becs details of what you can offer and we will gather together all the products and services and develop short breaks for redistribution back to the relevant organisations that can identify the right people to receive them.
